ABOUT SLATE

At Slate, we’re building safe, reliable vehicles that people can afford, personalize and love—and doing it here in the USA as part of our commitment to reindustrialization. The spirit of DIY and customization runs throughout every element of a Slate, because people should have control over how their trucks look, feel, and represent them.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an Integrated Campaign Strategy Lead to own the executional strategy for our product campaigns end-to-end. This is a connector role: you will look across teams, channels, and regions to build one aligned view of how we go to market, rally stakeholders around it, and hold individuals accountable to the results that drive real business impact.

You will be responsible for planning and managing executional strategy across paid, earned, and owned channels, delivering a single global campaign view that is activated regionally. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, operator, and influencer — someone who can build progressive, multi-layered views of a campaign across channels, audiences, regions, countries, and products, translate data into decisions, and shape creative strategy that connects with consumers. You are comfortable operating without direct authority, moving fast, and driving cross-functional teams toward measurable outcomes.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

  • Plan and manage the executional strategy for product campaigns, ensuring alignment across paid, earned, and owned channels to deliver a global view that is activated regionally.

  • Build progressive, connected views of campaigns across multiple channels, audiences, regions, countries, and products so leadership and regional teams share one source of truth.

  • Rally stakeholders across functions around a common campaign plan, and hold individual contributors and partners accountable to milestones, deliverables, and results.

  • Apply strong analytical rigor — using data and insights to solve business problems, define the biggest opportunities, and connect category and campaign performance directly to business goals.

  • Develop a deep understanding of your key categories and how campaign performance ladders up to revenue, growth, and brand objectives.

  • Craft brand and retail strategy briefs that blend data, insights, brand opportunities, and instinct into campaigns that connect with consumers and drive results.

  • Build frameworks for lead generation and nurturing, demand modeling, multi-touch attribution, and analytics in partnership with Data Driven Marketing.

  • Partner with Consumer and Brand Marketing to develop customer-centric, integrated marketing campaigns delivered direct-to-consumer and through the dealer network.

  • Partner with Media to deliver on the strategic “Jobs To Be Done” developed globally and executed regionally.

  • Collaborate with the Email marketing team to nurture consumers through retention efforts.

  • Develop strong cross-functional relationships across Marketing, Product Development, Digital, Commercial, and Regional Marketing teams.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.

  • Proven experience leading integrated, multi-channel campaigns across paid, earned, and owned — ideally with global-to-regional activation.

  • A track record of influencing and driving results across teams without direct reporting authority; you are known for holding people and programs accountable.

  • Strong analytical abilities — you use data and insights to frame problems, prioritize opportunities, and measure impact.

  • Strong creative capabilities — you can turn data, insights, and brand opportunity into compelling strategy briefs.

  • Experience building frameworks for lead generation and nurturing, demand modeling, multi-touch attribution, and analytics.

  • Experience with wholesale distribution and retail channels is a plus.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner with and influence all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to manage multiple complex, cross-functional workstreams end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
