The Integration Solutions Consultant supports the delivery of seamless technical integrations by helping translate complex system requirements into clear, efficient, automated workflows. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to design, configure, and refine integration and automation setups, ensuring they align with client objectives and operate smoothly across connected systems.


Using your technical expertise, problem‑solving skills, and ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical audiences, you will help customers understand what’s possible, adopt new automation capabilities, and gain meaningful value from our integration solutions.


Key Responsibilities

● Serve as a technical SME for integrations during pre‑sales and post‑sales conversations, assisting with customer questions, triage, and escalation.

● Interpret client workflow requirements and translate them into practical integration and automation workflows.

● Build low‑code automation templates using tools such as Workato and Power Automate to support common use cases.

● Develop small proof‑of‑concept automations that demonstrate what is possible and guide customer solutions.

● Maintain clear and accurate documentation for all integration and automation work.

● Create customer‑facing documentation, help articles, and enablement materials.

● Provide basic troubleshooting support for deployed customer automations.

● Liaise with technical partners to coordinate integration requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure aligned delivery.


Skills and Experience

● 5+ years of experience in a technical integration, automation, or professional services role

● Strong understanding of API concepts, data flows, and system‑to‑system integrations

● Demonstrated experience with low‑code automation tools such as Workato, Power Automate, Zapier, or similar

● Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with the ability to diagnose integration issues and propose effective solutions

● Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple technical workstreams

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences

● Ability to work directly with customers to understand requirements, clarify use cases, and guide them through integration options

● A collaborative mindset, working closely with sales, product, engineering, and support teams to ensure effective delivery
