The Opportunity:

As CACI Intelligence Data Analyst you will analyze homeland security data, identify patterns and trends, and provide actionable insights to Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and law enforcement agencies. This role requires expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and mapping to enhance decision-making and resource allocation.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, including law enforcement databases, reports, and public records.

  • Identify crime trends, hotspots, and emerging threats using statistical and geospatial analysis tools.

  • Develop crime mapping and predictive models to support proactive policing strategies.

  • Analyze calls for service, arrest records, and offender data to assess law enforcement effectiveness.

  • Generate detailed analytical reports and visualizations to support investigations and law enforcement decisions.

  • Prepare and deliver briefings to law enforcement personnel, government officials, and community stakeholders.

  • Utilize and maintain analysis software, GIS tools (e.g., ArcGIS), and data visualization platforms.

Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Active TS//SCI security clearance

  • Three (3) years of experience in intelligence and/or law enforcement data analytics, or a related discipline.

  • Proficiency in DX, Voltron, Rockstar, CDT.

  • Proficiency in statistical and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI).

  • Experience with geographic information systems (GIS) for mapping (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS).

  • Ability to interpret complex data sets.
     

Desired: 

  • Knowledge of homeland security and trade databases (e.g. AES, ATS, UPAX) and other critical tools used to vet, screen, and mitigate risk.

  • Certification in Intelligence Analysis (e.g. IACA or equivalent).

This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$74,600-$156,700
