Job Summary
Impiricus is seeking a Client Services Intern to support day-to-day client engagement and project coordination across marketing campaigns. In this role, you will assist with meeting preparation, timelines, and status updates while helping manage project plans and documentation. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams to keep projects organized, track progress, and support campaign execution from kickoff through launch.
Duties / Responsibilities:

Client Support

  • Attend client meetings to observe, take notes, and support follow‑up tasks.
  • Assist with preparing timelines, meeting recaps, and status updates.
  • Help organize client materials and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.

Project Coordination

  • Support the setup and maintenance of project plans in Asana, including tasks, deadlines, and milestones.
  • Track progress across workstreams and flag questions or potential risks to the project lead.
  • Assist in preparing client‑facing materials such as kickoff decks and status documents.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work with internal teams (Product, Content, Operations) to gather information and update project trackers.
  • Participate in internal check‑ins and help document next steps and dependencies.
  • Support coordination of campaign activities such as reviews, QA steps, and launch preparation.

Documentation & Organization

  • Maintain organized project files, trackers, and version‑controlled documents.
  • Assist with updating timelines, change notes, and other project documentation.
  • Help collect and summarize basic campaign metrics at project close.

Experience (Preferred):

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Interest in sales or client services
  • Excellent customer/client facing communication skills
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Self-starter
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience with Excel & PowerPoint (or similar tools)


Compensation:

This is a paid internship with an hourly rate of $25, with interns working up to 40 hours per week.

The program runs for 8 weeks and will be offered in two cohorts. Candidates may participate in the cohort that best aligns with their summer schedule.

Cohort 1: June 15, 2026 through August 7, 2026
Cohort 2: July 6, 2026 through August 28, 2026
