JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

What You Will Do: 

Content Creation & Support: 

  • Assist in creating content for our creator network across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, web). 

  • Support development of content angles, hooks, and formats. 

  • Help with basic visuals, thumbnails, and simple content edits. 

  • Work with the team to translate products and campaigns into engaging content. 

Creator Network Acquisition: 

  • Identify, engage, and onboard relevant content creators across the TikTok platform in Malaysia. 

  • Build and maintain strong relationship as well as long-term partnership with creators. 

  • Able to support or lead in creator initiatives such as engagements, events and other related creator programs. 

Campaign Strategy & Execution: 

  • Assist with end-to-end livestream campaign planning and execution with creators. 

  • Support in negotiate rates, contracts, and campaign deliverables to ensure smooth collaboration between creators, brands and Astro IPs. 

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, client services, analytics) to ensure seamless execution of creator-related projects. 

Proposal & Creative Support: 

  • Assist in building decks (PowerPoint/Canva) for internal and client presentations. 

  • Create simple visuals or mock-ups for internal use. 

Research & Insights: 

  • Support research on TikTok trends, livestream trends, competitor activities, and content ideas. 

  • Maintain and update creator management systems and databases for accurate reporting and forecasting. 

 

Who You Are: 

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Business, or related fields. 

  • Interested in content creation and familiar with social media trends (TikTok, IG, YouTube). 

  • Basic skills in Canva or similar tools. 

  • Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets. 

  • Detail-oriented, organised, and willing to learn. 

  • Able to work independently with guidance and in a team. 

  • Basic knowledge of livestream, content creator marketing or the digital landscape is a plus (but not mandatory).
