Job Description

​As an intern, you will be fully integrated into one of our agile teams within the Connected Systems and Infrastructure group and learn what it is like to work as a developer at Expeditors. You will work on projects focused on CI/CD pipeline automation and developing applications with an emphasis on testability, integration, and long‑term maintainability while being mentored by subject matter expert developers. This opportunity will allow you to learn about Expeditors as a world-class global logistics company while growing your technical, communication, and collaboration skills in our Global Technology department. We are looking for a curious self‑starter who enjoys collaboration and is motivated by solving real‑world technical challenges.

This position is on-site. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate. Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Computer Science Major
  • Team-oriented
  • Positive attitude
  • Customer service mindset
  • Excellent communication skills 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • ​Working knowledge of Java and/or PowerShell
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipeline concepts

Additional Information

Expected base salary:  $22.30/hour to $32.30/hour
