KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze structured and unstructured data to generate actionable business and product insights
• Support preparation and optimization of product pipelines through data-driven analysis
• Prepare, clean, validate, and maintain databases to ensure data accuracy and reliability
• Assist in designing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with product, operations, and technical teams on ongoing departmental projects
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business and product decisions
• Document data processes, methodologies, and findings for internal stakeholders
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support as required by the department

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with databases and data preparation (SQL, Excel, or similar tools)
• Understanding of data analysis techniques and reporting methodologies
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
• Good communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly
