KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to generate actionable business and product insights
- Support preparation and optimization of product pipelines through data-driven analysis
- Prepare, clean, validate, and maintain databases to ensure data accuracy and reliability
- Assist in designing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with product, operations, and technical teams on ongoing departmental projects
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business and product decisions
- Document data processes, methodologies, and findings for internal stakeholders
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support as required by the department
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with databases and data preparation (SQL, Excel, or similar tools)
- Understanding of data analysis techniques and reporting methodologies
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
- Good communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly
