Position Summary

The International Tax Senior Manager will be an integral part of the corporate tax team, supporting international income tax analysis and planning, Pillar II, transfer pricing, process improvements, and other various initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage international tax planning and modeling, including US taxation of foreign operations
  • Develop Pillar 2 processes and coordinate with business functions
  • Manage Pillar 2 monitoring, modeling, and planning
  • Monitor US and international tax legislative and regulatory developments
  • Oversee transfer pricing, including documentation and communication with stakeholders
  • Research, advice, and write documentation supporting tax positions
  • Support international tax audits
  • Oversee implementation of tax technology initiatives to streamline processes
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Working knowledge of cross-border income taxation laws
  • Experience working with financial reporting tools
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and embrace change
  • Strong project management skills
  • Data transformation and visualization and AI skills a plus

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of international corporate income tax experience
  • Secondary university degree in Tax or Law preferred
  • Certified Public Accountant or other tax professional designation preferred
  • Experience working in a large public accounting firm or multi-national corporate tax department

The annual base pay for this position is: $142,682.00 - $214,022.00

F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
