An analyst's responsibilities can include:
• Supporting quarterly and calendar-year earnings reporting as needed,
partnering across the organization to assist in developing external messaging on subjects including sector / regional
performance, sustainability, autonomous vehicles, electric vehicles, Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury
matters, etc.,
• Assisting in preparation of talking points / presentations for the CEO, CFO and other senior leadership for external events such as security analyst conferences, as well as CFO presentations at various internal events,
• Competitive analysis, analyzing sell-side analyst research reports and communication of sell-side analyst sentiment and earnings / sales expectations to senior leadership
• Supporting preparation of notes to top management on topics such as earnings reactions, investor sentiment, interactions with investors, etc.
• Assisting in communication with sell-side analysts and investors • Coordinating and participating in investor and analyst visits with top GM management, and • Managing the IR website and content.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related areas OR equivalent experience. • 3+ years finance experience. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to teamwork and partnerships.
• Personality to deal with a broad array of stakeholders.
• Ability to network and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to rapidly changing priorities or urgent projects. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft tools and the ability to quickly learn new software programs.
What will set you apart:
• CFA, MBA or CPA. • 5+ years finance experience. • GM and auto industry knowledge and experience.
• Organizational agility. • Experience in Controller's staff, Purchasing Finance, Investor Relations, Treasury, Corporate Development, Financial Planning & Analysis or Sales / Marketing Finance.
