What will you do?     What are we looking for? 

We are seeking a highly experienced iOS Product Designer to join our dynamic team to support integration efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing native iOS applications. This role will be pivotal in shaping the user experience of our enterprise software, ensuring it meets the needs of our employees and aligns with our strategic objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Carry out a comprehensive user-centered design process in an Agile/Scrum environment, collaborating with Product Managers, engineers, stakeholders, and users.
  • Lead processes and drive the execution of user-centered design best practices while balancing user needs with business goals and technology capabilities. 
  • Participate in all phases of the product lifecycle including product strategy, requirements gathering, user analysis, design, and user testing.
  • Design native iOS mobile application user experiences using methods such as research, UX design, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Present research findings and design solutions to stakeholders, including executives, product managers, designers, and engineers.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices across the organization.
  • Participate in design sprints, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to provide a user-centric perspective.

 

Roles Require:

  • BA/BS degree required with an emphasis on product design, UX design, interactive design, or an additional two years of relevant training/experience in lieu of this degree.
  • 5 years of experience designing native iOS mobile applications, ideally for enterprise software.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design best practices for iOS mobile applications.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
