Job Summary
We’re looking for a tech-savvy IT Assistant with a passion for web development to join our growing team! This role combines technical support responsibilities with website management and development tasks. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our systems run smoothly while helping to design, update, and maintain our online presence.Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day IT support to the team, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Assist in maintaining and updating the company website (content updates, layout improvements, and performance optimization).

  • Collaborate with marketing or design teams to implement website enhancements and ensure a user-friendly experience.

  • Manage website hosting, domain, and email configurations.

  • Support the setup and maintenance of office devices, accounts, and access controls.

  • Ensure data security, perform regular backups, and assist in implementing IT policies and best practices.

  • Help document IT processes and provide basic technical training to employees when needed.


RequirementsQualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Proven experience in IT support or a similar role is an advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and troubleshooting techniques.

  • Familiarity with Windows, MacOS, and/or Linux environments.

  • Basic understanding of networks (LAN/WAN), internet protocols, and cloud services.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with web hosting platforms (e.g., cPanel, GoDaddy, AWS, etc.)

  • Graphic design or content management experience.

  • Basic SEO or Google Analytics knowledge.

  • Experience managing email systems or cloud services (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)
