- Assess current practices and functions, collect information, and analyze industry trends to align with organizational goals.
- Evaluate existing business structures and operational functions to identify areas for improvement.
- Recommend and provide insights for new projects and programs based on organizational needs.
- Analyze and study existing systems and products to recommend enhancements.
- Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders; analyze, summarize, and present findings in technical reports.
- Communicate insights, requirements, and plans effectively to cross-functional teams and management.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff as needed.
- Handle moderately complex issues independently; escalate more complex issues to higher-level staff.
- Collect, document, and communicate business requirements to development teams.
- Maintain a solid working knowledge of business operations and industry practices.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of business structures and operational processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook); advanced proficiency in Excel required.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective problem-solving and resolution skills.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Practical knowledge of the job area obtained through advanced education and hands-on experience.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a Four (4) year College or University
- Two (2) to four (4) years of relevant experience required.
- Mortgage industry knowledge is a plus.
