About V2

V2 Strategic Advisors is where velocity meets voltage - a boutique management and technology consulting firm that has spent 20+ years transforming media and advertising sales organizations. We're the firm that global and high-growth organizations call when they need more than a strategy deck - they need results.

Our edge? We offer a rare blend of management consulting, data, analytics, AI, and systems integration - all under one roof, powered by best-in-class platforms including Salesforce, Databricks, Snowflake, HubSpot, and leading AI platforms like Claude and Gemini. We understand the nuances of our clients' most complex challenges and deliver solutions that move the needle.

We're a lean, elite team of consultants, technical architects, and data experts who operate with the rigor of global management consulting and systems integration consultancies and the energy and agility of a startup. We approach every day with a sense of purpose to deliver with excellence, grow our capabilities, and find fulfillment in what we do. If that sounds like your kind of environment, keep reading.

The Opportunity

V2 runs on clean data, tight systems, and a team that moves fast without breaking things. We're looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed IT & Operations Specialist to be the backbone of how our internal systems run, starting with Salesforce, extending across our core IT stack, and touching nearly every function in the firm along the way.

This is a hybrid IT/ops role built for someone early in their career who wants outsized exposure. You'll administer our Salesforce CRM, support the systems that power our AI-driven workflows, and work directly with Business Development, Talent, and senior leadership, including our VP of Operations and the Chief of Staff to our CEO. You won't be buried in a back-office function. You'll be in the room, on the calls, and in the data that drives real decisions.

If you're technically sharp, systems-minded, and energized by being the person who makes everything run smoother, let's talk.

What You'll Own

Salesforce CRM & Marketing Automation Administration Serve as the primary IT administrator for our Salesforce CRM and marketing automation systems, configuration, user support, workflow automation, and platform optimization.

Broader IT Systems Administration Support administration across our core technology stack, including Google Workspace, Claude, and other essential IT platforms that keep the firm running.

Business Development Support Work closely with our Business Development team on activities spanning sales operations, alliance management, and marketing execution. You'll be embedded in how the firm grows.

Salesforce Data Stewardship Own data quality, integrity, and governance within Salesforce, ensuring the org's most critical system of record stays clean, accurate, and trustworthy.

Contracts Management Support Support contract workflows end-to-end, helping the firm stay organized, compliant, and efficient as agreements move through their lifecycle.

Talent Team Collaboration Partner with our Talent team across a range of activities, from recruitment coordination to talent development initiatives, bringing structure and follow-through to people processes.

Leadership Reporting & KPIs Build weekly reports for firm leadership covering a range of key performance indicators, turning data into the insight our leadership team relies on to make decisions.

What You Bring

  • Communication that's clear and precise. Strong written, verbal, and listening skills, you translate technical detail into something anyone can act on.

  • End-to-end program ownership. You can take a project from kickoff to completion, adapting as priorities shift.

  • An analytical mind. You solve problems methodically and know how to work through ambiguity with logic and data.

  • Consulting or professional services experience preferred. You understand what it takes to operate in a client-driven, high-accountability environment.

  • Values alignment. You operate with transparency, take ownership seriously, and don't cut corners.

  • Startup DNA. You've worked in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and thrive on the pace.

  • Media and ad sales fluency preferred. Exposure to media, advertising, or ad sales ecosystems is a strong plus.

  • Independent execution. You can produce strong outcomes with reasonable guidance, not requiring hand-holding, but knowing when to ask the right question.

  • Salesforce administration experience (required). Hands-on, demonstrable experience administering Salesforce is non-negotiable.

  • AI platform proficiency preferred. Comfort working with Claude, Gemini, or other leading AI platforms as part of your daily workflow.

  • Educational background in technology, math, science, or engineering. A technical foundation that shows you think in systems.

Why V2?

Because you won't find another firm doing exactly what we do, and you won't find another role like this one. You'll be close to the action, building something real, with people who care deeply about doing exceptional work. V2 was built on the idea that consulting could be done better. We're still proving it every day.

If you're ready to bring the voltage, we want to hear from you.

Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
