We are looking for an Information Technology Specialist to work with cutting-edge technologies in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
You will provide IT support to our local and global workforce, ensuring seamless and secure operation of hardware, software, collaboration tools, and SaaS services.

Responsibilities

  • Handle US support tickets within the required SLA and IT service measures, with high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage US IT equipment and stock.
  • Own the day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues, focusing on Mac and Win devices.
  • Conduct US employees Onboarding and Offboarding.
  • Join effort for implementing and maintaining security compliance requirements - Updates, Upgrades, Patchings, Licensings, utilizing world’s best Hyperautomation platform.
  • Implementing  new IT/Security Tools/Services.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of IT support experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup.
  • Experience working with MacOS MDM system (Jumpcloud \ Jamf \ Kandji).
  • Hands-on experience and deep knowledge of ‘Google Workspace’ platform.
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and supporting MacOS.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation. (i.e: python \ powershell \ bash etc.)
  • A service-oriented mindset with excellent customer-facing and verbal communication skills.
  • Well-organized with close attention to details.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, manage multiple priorities, and drive innovation.
  • Willing to learn, grow and develop.
