As an established Managed Service Provider with clients both domestically and internationally, we specialize in providing top-notch network and computer support and IT consulting services to small and mid-size organizations.

Here's what you'll be doing!

  • The primary focus of this position will be to learn and provide support of desktop and laptop systems, including break/fix service, operating system and application loading, application configurations and user settings, and desktop administrative duties.
  • You’ll record, track, and escalate cases through our already established tracking system as well as help keep our documentation up to date and in tip-top shape.
  • You’ll get to be part of our team of friendly and knowledgeable people working directly with our clients, both remotely and onsite.
  • You will be able to coordinate projects and tasks seamlessly with our Service Delivery team members, as well as with our advanced technical team.

**This internship is based in-office, not remote or work from home. This internship is also a paid opportunity.**


Requirements

  • Comfortable working with hardware when needed

  • Familiarity with an IT ticketing system
  • Any exposure to helpdesk, support, or customer‑facing roles is a plus

📍 Location & Schedule

  • Must be able to commute daily to our Federal Way, WA office
  • This is an in‑office internship (not remote)
