Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintenance of the company's internal IT systems
- Manage and maintain back-end systems such as OA (Office Automation) and DevOps platforms.
- Maintain end-user devices including office computers, printers, access control systems, and surveillance equipment.
Job Requirements:
- Familiar with Linux system operations and maintenance (e.g., RedHat/CentOS); proficient in writing shell scripts.
- Experience with operations and maintenance of Windows/Mac operating systems and office computers; capable of reinstalling office computer systems
- Knowledgeable in building IT office environments and structured cabling (both strong and weak current).
- Familiar with configuration and management of DNS, AD, FTP, LDAP; understanding of virtualization technologies such as VMware, KVM, etc.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support
