Participate in project meetings and collaborate with product owners and QA. Design scalable Java microservices, document technical designs, implement and test code, triage production issues, and mentor junior engineers while supporting hiring efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination & Communication
- Participate in daily/weekly project meetings to discuss requirement changes, status updates, and dependency alignment.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, QA, and other engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Design & Documentation
- Analyze new requirements and design scalable code solutions.
- Document technical designs, workflows, and testing details in internal wiki/knowledge base.
- Development & Testing
- Implement high-quality code changes that align with design specifications.
- Perform high-level development testing to validate functionality before handing over to QA.
- Execute full QA testing on identified test cases for new features to ensure robust functionality.
- Issue Analysis & Support
- Triage LLE and production issues, identify root causes, and provide timely fixes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure resolution and prevent recurrence.

Mentorship & Leadership
- Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, and troubleshooting.
- Support team growth by participating in technical interviews and evaluating candidates.
Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 48,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 170,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
