Job Responsibilities:
Job Summary: Develops, implements, and manages lean manufacturing processes such as, but not limited to: Kanban, Standard Work, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events, 5S, Mafact, and Employee Suggestion Program. Assists the Senior CI Specialist in assessing and eliminating waste and non-value add activities. Performs all other duties as necessary in support of business objectives.

Job Qualifications:
- Minimum one year experience in Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement. Ability to work on all shifts as needed. Willing to complete Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Principles courses (within the first year if not already certified).
- Process/product knowledge, basic statistical knowledge, and organization knowledge. Strong communication and team leadership skills with demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings. Proven success in problem analysis and problem solving. Project management skills to lead a team to complete a project. Possess a detailed understanding of customer requirements. Understand basic business skills and practices. Knowledge/fluency in industry quality management tools.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, CAD/Brics CAD (willing to learn), and other software packages related to the development of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Methodologies
