Who is Blueprint? 

We are seeking a Jr Gaming Content Writer (Technical Player Support) to join our team as we build cutting-edge technology solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team dedicated to delivering best-in-class service to our customers.

The Content Writer will be responsible for developing clear, concise technical documentation, including equipment manuals, appendices, and operating or maintenance instructions. This role also involves organizing, editing, and maintaining technical records and documentation systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

Responsibilities: 

  • Organize material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style and terminology
  • Maintain records and files of work and revisions
  • Confer with client to establish technical specifications and to determine subject material to be developed for publication

Qualifications: 

  • 1-2 years of experience writing and publishing game-related content or training.
  • 1-2 years of experience creating consumer-facing instructions for technical processes, specifically for self-service and email-based customer support.
  • Experience creating or reviewing training resources and developing internal knowledge base resources is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly, concisely, and accurately.
  • Passion for gaming and a sincere interest in the latest technology trends.
  • Desire to build a world-class player experience from the ground up.

Salary Range 

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic-based ranges for Washington state: $23.08 to $26.44 USD/hour, with a midpoint of $24.76/hour. The final salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may fall outside this range.
