What You’ll Do:
As a Jr. Logistics Analyst, you’ll work closely with our operations and data teams to analyze supply chain performance, optimize delivery networks, and support data-driven decision-making. You’ll gain hands-on experience in how a high-growth logistics startup leverages AI and analytics to enhance efficiency and scale operations.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities in our hub-and-spoke network (e.g., route optimization, inventory flow)
- Support the creation of performance reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and BI platforms Assist in forecasting demand, monitoring key metrics (e.g., on-time delivery, cost per mile), and recommending improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot operational issues and implement process enhancements
- Maintain accurate records in logistics management systems and contribute to ongoing AI model refinements
What We’re Looking For:
- Interest in logistics, data analysis, supply chain management, or AI applications in freight
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and proficiency in data tools Familiarity with tools like Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms
- Self-starter who thrives in problem-solving and fast-paced, dynamic environments
