TheJunior Account Executive – Customer Base is responsible for supporting the growth and retention of existing customers by identifying opportunities to expand services and strengthen customer relationships. This role partners with senior sales team members and Customer Success Managers to understand customer needs, present appropriate solutions, and contribute to revenue growth within assigned accounts. The Associate Account Executive develops consultative selling skills while gaining experience with OSV's products, services, and sales processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support the field sales team in identifying opportunities to expand services within existing customer accounts.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with assigned customers through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers and senior Account Executives to understand customer business needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, pricing, and sales materials.
  • Participate in customer meetings, product demonstrations, and discovery sessions.
  • Learn and apply consultative and value-based selling techniques to support customer conversations.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, pipeline updates, and forecasting information in Salesforce.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Business Development, Solution Consulting, and other internal teams to support sales opportunities.
  • Stay current on OSV services, Workday solutions, and industry trends to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Assist with contract documentation and sales administrative activities throughout the sales process.
  • Meet established sales activity and performance goals while contributing to team revenue objectives.
