Requirements
1. Business Analysis & Research
- Conduct market, industry, and competitor research
- Analyze data and summarize key insights to support business decisions
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documentation
- Support client-related research and background analysis
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within data sets
- Gradually take ownership of more complex analytical tasks
2. Operations & Business Support
- Support internal processes, workflows, and operational tasks
- Maintain and update CRM systems and internal databases
- Assist in tracking project progress, deliverables, and timelines
- Help structure and organize business information and documentation
3. Communication & Coordination
- Assist in drafting professional communications and reports
- Support coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across written materials
4. Administrative & Coordination Support
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling across time zones (UK hours)
- Help organize and prioritize key communications when needed
- Support document handling (contracts, NDAs, e-signature tools)
- Assist with general administrative follow-ups and coordination tasks
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Near-native English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, research, administration, or similar roles (internships acceptable)
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working within UK business hours
- Strong interest in business, consulting, finance, or startups
- Ambitious, with a desire to grow into analytical and strategic roles
