We are seeking a highly self-driven Junior Hardware Engineer to support system-level testing and diagnostics of networking routers.
 

This role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills, as the individual will work daily with cross-functional teams to diagnose, track, and resolve issues. The ideal candidate can work independently while effectively coordinating with a large, diverse team.

Responsibilities

•    Perform system-level diagnostic testing on network routing platforms
•    Execute hardware validation, functional, and regression testing
•    Identify, isolate, and document system and hardware failures
•    Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams (HW, FW, systems, manufacturing, etc.) to resolve issues
•    Communicate test results, failures, and debug status clearly and professionally
•    Read and interpret schematics and block diagrams to support debugging efforts
•    Test and validate networking and routing equipment
•    Manage multiple tasks independently and meet schedules with minimal oversight
•    Maintain clear, structured documentation of test procedures and results
 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)

•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•    Proven ability to work effectively with others in a large, cross-functional team
•    Comfortable collaborating with individuals of different personalities, roles, and priorities
•    Strong time management and organizational skills
•    Self-starter with the ability to work without close supervision
