Junior IT Consultant

ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a Junior IT Consultant to join one of our client teams in Luxembourg within an international institutional environment.
This role combines training coordination, reporting, user support, and administrative activities in a dynamic and collaborative setting.

THE WORK:

• Support KPI reporting and follow-up activities.
• Provide user support and contribute to the improvement of internal tools.
• Create and maintain training materials, including e-learning content and educational documentation.
• Organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and related events.
• Analyze satisfaction survey results and prepare reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Support administrative processes linked to training programs and traineeships.
• Draft internal communication materials and operational documentation.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Experience in training coordination, administration, or support activities.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel; knowledge of Power BI is an asset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured way.
• Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English; French is a plus.
