Job Summary
We are seeking a Junior Salesforce Admin with strong Marketing Cloud experience to support day-to-day administration, campaign execution, and platform optimization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Marketing Cloud operations and supporting marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder)
- Manage user access, roles, permissions, and data extensions
- Support email campaign setup, execution, testing, and deployment
- Assist with journey configuration and automation workflows
- Perform data imports, segmentation, deduplication, and data hygiene
- Troubleshoot Marketing Cloud issues and coordinate with internal teams
- Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
- Strong understanding of Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data queries and segmentation
- Experience with campaign testing, QA, and change management
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM integration is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
