About the Role

Litify is looking for a Junior Salesforce Developer to join our Product & Engineering team. As a Developer, you will be part of an engineering team that is building software of exceptional quality. The ideal candidate has the ability to function in an agile software development lifecycle and will thrive in a hands-on, focused, productive and team-oriented environment.

You can be located anywhere in the United States.

In this role, you will:

  • Function in 2-week sprint cycles while demonstrating the ability to independently problem solve and research solutions
  • Write high quality code with test coverage that accounts for both positive and negative test cases
  • Collaborate with the rest of the team in meetings, contributing ideas to help better the codebase, processes, and overall product
  • Leverage AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AI coding agents) to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and streamline day-to-day workflows
  • Be able to adapt to a fast-paced startup culture
  • Be able to understand the application of the Salesforce platform to the Legal Industry

To be successful in this role, you have (required):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years hands-on development experience
  • Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce, and working knowledge of its proprietary languages, including Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components, or comparable demonstrated experience with client-side development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Knockout, etc.)
  • A growth mindset toward AI-assisted development, with enthusiasm for adopting AI tools to boost velocity and continuously improve engineering workflows

Nice-to-have:

  • Experienced in Agile/SCRUM and TDD development methodologies
  • Salesforce Certifications
  • Experience developing managed packages on the Salesforce Platform, as a part of the ISV Partner Program
  • AWS Experience

Disclosure:

This job is fully remote, with the exception of employees living in New York City and New Jersey. Our NYC/NJ employees adhere to our hybrid schedule, which involves working in our Manhattan office 6 days a month.

The estimated base salary pay range for this role is $85,000-95,000. You may also be offered a bonus and benefits.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide. 

Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skill set, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
