We are looking for a talented and versatile consultant with a first relevant professional experience, who is eager to further develop within a dynamic consulting environment.
You combine strong analytical and strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset, quickly get up to speed on new topics and are comfortable taking ownership of your work.
- Support the project team on strategic and organisational topics.
- Analyse and structure complex information and translate it into clear insights.
- Prepare high-quality analyses and presentations for various stakeholders.
- Support organisational change and improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and support workshops and stakeholder meetings.
You are a proactive and versatile consultant who can switch easily between analyses, strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Ideally, you bring:
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within consulting, financial services, strategy, transformation or organisational change.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Dutch and an excellent professional knowledge of English.
- Experience with Target Operating Models is a plus.
- Experience within Capital Markets is a plus.
