Our diverse portfolio spans the health, education, and entertainment sectors, offering exciting opportunities to make a real impact. Our dynamic teams are the driving force behind our success, and we’re always on the lookout for passionate individuals eager to join us on this journey of transformation.

About the role

WinTech seeks a Junior User Acquisition Manager to support our team of 3 Senior UAMs by handling manual campaign operations across multiple ad sources. This role is designed to free up senior team members from 20-40% of their manual workload, allowing them to focus on strategic initiatives, data analysis, insights generation, and growth optimization.

This position offers a clear growth trajectory: starting with 3-6 months of hands-on manual work to build foundational experience and education, then progressing to independent management of specific ad sources. We expect campaign activity volume to increase significantly once manual operations are streamlined through this role.

Important: This is a demanding role in a fast-paced environment. Only candidates ready to work hard and handle substantial manual workload will succeed. If you're not prepared for intensive, detail-oriented work, this position won't be suitable for you.

Key Responsibilities

Execute manual campaign operations across multiple advertising platforms:

  • Create new campaigns based on senior UAM specifications and strategies.

  • Edit and optimize existing campaigns according to performance data and directives.

  • Duplicate successful campaigns for scaling and testing purposes.

  • Generate detailed performance reports and campaign summaries.

  • Handle campaign setup, configuration, and initial optimization tasks.

  • Assist with creative asset management and campaign organization.

  • Perform quality assurance checks on campaign configurations.

  • Support senior UAMs with administrative tasks and data compilation.

  • Learn platform-specific best practices and optimization techniques.

  • Progress toward independent ad source management after initial training period.

Growth path
  • Months 1-3: Intensive manual work and training under senior UAM guidance.

  • Months 4-6: Increased autonomy in campaign management and basic optimization decisions.

  • Months 6+: Transition to solo management of specific ad sources with senior UAM oversight.

Qualifications
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn in a demanding environment.

  • 1.5+ years of experience in digital marketing or user acquisition.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Basic understanding of digital advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.).

  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and data management tools.

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn in a demanding environment.

  • Ability to work independently while following detailed instructions.

  • Excellent communication skills for reporting and collaboration.

Nice to have
  • Familiarity with attribution and analytics tools.

  • Experience with creative testing and optimization.

  • Background in performance marketing or growth teams.

  • Knowledge of subscription-based business models.
