Remote contract role implementing Kantata/Mavenlink PSA: analyze business processes, design and configure techno-functional solutions, develop and test Kantata/Mavenlink functionality, build integrations with Salesforce and Oracle EBS, gather requirements, support deployments, and provide production support.

This is a contract role for a Kantata/Mavenlink Implementation Consultant at BayApps, Inc. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance overall efficiency and productivity. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to gather requirements, document specifications, and ensure successful project delivery. This is a remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a diverse and global team. Your key responsibilities will include the following.
- Design and build scalable techno-functional solutions for Professional Services Automation.
- Develop, debug, support, maintain and test Kantata/Mavenlink functionality, managed applications and connected applications for project management, resource management, time and expense management, project billing, project accounting, reporting and analytics.
- Develop solutions per best practices.
- Participate in key phases of the software development lifecycle, including solution design, configuration, code development, testing, deployment and production support.
- Translate business requirements to solution design, develop design options & recommendations, review design and code, and manage issues and risks.
- Design, build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and Kantata/Mavenlink and between Kantata/Mavenlink and Oracle EBS for billing, revenue and financial analytics.
Requirements
- Proficiency in implementation of Kantata or Mavenlink is a must. Or any experience in consulting/implementing Professional Services application in NetSuite or Oracle.
- Full understanding of business process flows and concepts of Professional Services business.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years techno-functional experience in Kantata/Mavenlink.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience in business analysis and gathering business requirements.
- Participated in major project delivery or consulting, lending a deep understanding of project management and resource management tools and processes.
- Experience in designing and building integrations with Salesforce.com, Oracle EBS and other related apps from Kantata for projects, tasks, invoices, time entry, expenses, analytics, etc.
- Experience with agile methodologies, including scrum and continuous integration environments.
- Kantata/Mavenlink certifications are required.
- Excellent communication skills.
