The Role

At this time, we are looking for L3 support engineers to join our team and provide support to one of our clients.


Key Responsibilities 

  • Provide technical support/triage (L2&L3 support only) and troubleshooting for IT systems and applications
  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, security, backups, and cloud services
  • Manage and maintain deployed applications in Azure including custom and off-the-shelf software and components
  • Monitor and optimize IT performance, availability, and reliability
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other IT engineering teams and vendors

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience as an engineer
  • Tech Stack: 
    • Entra ID and Okta
    • Cloud/WAN hub, VPN
    • Azure Cloud Native Services
    • AWS Cloud Native Services
    • Kubernetes/Docker
    • GitLab
    • PagerDuty
    • Ansible, Terraform
    • SumoLogic
    • Linux
    • ServiceNow
  • Experience with Ansible, Terraform
  • Experience with Azure and AWS Cloud Native Services
  • Experience with Docker
  • Experience with AWS
  • Experience with Python or Java

Our recruitment process

  • Interview 1 - Fit interview w/ HM  (30 min)
  • Interview 2 - Tech Interview I (45 to 1 hour). 
  • Interview 3 - Tech Interview II  (45 to 1 hour).
