The Labeling Analyst supports deployment of workflow solutions for Design Operations, develops standardized processes, collaborates with stakeholders, identifies service improvements, drives project coordination, creates reports, and adheres to legal and quality standards.
IT Analyst IV
Duties:
Support deployment & roll out of new global/local workflow solutions impacting Design Operations (Responsible to participate and/or lead Process Integration Testing (PIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and/or Day in the Life (DITL) activities when new process functionality is deployed.)
Developing standardized Labeling & Relabeling processes for Design Operations and coordinating consistent approach with business/stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of the current process and change impacts and change management requirements.
Enabling smooth operation of Design Operations Senior Project Analysts by providing any support required.
Developing a strong close collaboration with key stakeholders from regional & global functions: Data Providers/Approvers and Clients (Marketing/Business, Division, Plants, Requestors, Regulatory/Technical Affairs, Customer Service, Legal, R&D, Quality, etc.) Identifies areas for service & quality improvements and leads or participates in projects as Subject Matter Expert to help resolve issues by establishing appropriate error detection and correction mechanisms, process control and improvement implementation.
Work closely with Design Operations teams globally to ensure alignment of Design Operations standards, workflow, rules and the operations of the application meet all requirements.
Drive or Lead project coordination (urgent/special request) within the Design Operations stream Responsible for completing assigned tasks within SLA targets (i.e. ticket resolution and taking actions under the team's control and responsibility).
Work with system admin for any system needs or enhancements If solution not available to certain service, quality, process issues, responsible for escalation of issues to direct supervisor as needed.
Proceedings in accordance with national and international law regarding marking requirements as defined in the Corporate Packaging Policy. Applying Solventum Global Shipper Label Policy guidelines. Obtaining approval for labels and artworks subject to special regulations, in accordance with the Corporate Packaging Policy.
Serve as first point of contact for internal customers from other Entities around the world to clarify the process, resolve issues, and enter/resolve problem reports Responsible for creation/maintenance of work instructions (new transitions, new or change of system implementation, new processes) Work with non-standard scenarios, complex cases and coordination of troubleshooting Responsible for development of reports (regular and ad-hoc), data analysis Management for service transitions (acting as Project Leader or Subject Matter Expert) or process improvements (including workshop facilitation) May include maintenance of automated solutions utilized in daily operations or propose automated solutions within Design Operations Applying ethical principles in daily work Perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor Adhere to ISO and QMS standards in daily work Other design and project management tasks as assigned
