Perkins Coie LLP is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of experience to join our team to represent local, regional, and national clients in support of their development projects and transactions. The position will involve general land use, real estate and municipal law, and experience in all three areas is preferred. Typical matter support will include project and entitlement feasibility review, permitting support and strategy, legislative advice, and drafting of related agreements and real estate documents. Appearance before local, state, and national agency staff, decision-makers, hearing examiners, boards, councils, commissions, and courts is also anticipated.

Compensation range: $235,000 to $310,000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
