New York City, New York

Hybrid Schedule (M/F remote, T/W/TH in-office)

At Magnite, we cultivate an environment of continuous growth and collaboration. Our work impacts what millions of people read, watch, and buy, and we’re looking for people to help us tackle that responsibility with creativity and focus. Magnite (NASDAQ: MGNI) is the world’s largest independent sell-side advertising platform. Publishers use our technology to monetize their content across all screens and formats including CTV / streaming, online video, display, and audio. Our tech fuels billions of transactions per day!

About this team:

The Agency Development team is responsible for building and growing strategic partnerships with the world’s largest global agency holding companies and their agencies. We operate at the intersection of sales, strategy, and executive partnership — driving long-term commercial growth, joint innovation, and preferred access to Magnite’s premium supply and technology.

As an Agency Development Lead, you will own Magnite’s relationship with one of our most strategic global holding company partners in the U.S. market. You will lead a team responsible for account growth and activation while personally engaging senior client leadership across investment, strategy, and centers of excellence to shape partnership strategy, unlock new opportunities, and drive scaled revenue across all formats and channels.

In this role you will:
  • Own and lead Magnite’s end-to-end strategic relationship with a major global agency holding company in the U.S., including executive engagement, partnership strategy, and commercial outcomes

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Agency Development and Sales team responsible for agency-level activation, account growth, and pipeline development

  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders (C-suite, investment leadership, trading, programmatic, and strategy leaders) to position Magnite as a preferred supply and technology partner

  • Define and execute partnership endeavors that drive revenue growth, supply adoption, SPO alignment, and product integration across all Magnite formats (CTV, video, display, audio)

  • Identify, structure, and scale strategic deals, partnerships, and initiatives across agencies and centers of excellence

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to deliver solutions aligned to client priorities and market opportunities

  • Represent Magnite externally as a senior industry voice and thought leader within the agency ecosystem

  • Drive accurate forecasting, partnership performance tracking, and executive reporting across the holding company portfolio

  • Champion client feedback internally to influence product roadmap, commercial strategy, and go-to-market priorities

We’re looking for someone with:
  • 12+ years of experience in digital advertising, adtech, or agency leadership roles with deep expertise across programmatic, CTV, display, video and audio ecosystems

  • Significant experience owning or leading relationships with major agency holding companies or large agency networks at a senior level

  • Proven track record managing and developing teams responsible for complex enterprise or agency partnerships

  • Demonstrated success driving scaled revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and long-term commercial agreements with large clients

  • Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders across investment, strategy, and product organizations

  • Strong understanding of programmatic buying, supply-path optimization, private marketplace/CTV deals, and agency operating models

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market trends and client needs into actionable partnership plans

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational leadership skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
