Job Description

Shape How Team Members Grow, Develop, and Thrive
Cor Partners seeks a Lead Analyst, People Technology – Talent & Compensation to lead the technology capabilities that support talent development, performance, learning, career growth, recognition, and compensation across the team member lifecycle.

You'll partner with HR, Compensation, Talent Management, IT, and business leaders to deliver scalable solutions that strengthen organizational effectiveness, enhance the team member experience, and enable better workforce decisions. This role combines functional leadership, solution design, stakeholder consulting, and delivery oversight to drive continuous improvement across our Workday environment.

What You'll Do
•    Lead the configuration, optimization, and continuous improvement of Workday Talent, Performance, Compensation, and related capabilities.
•    Serve as the primary People Technology partner for talent, compensation, development, and team member lifecycle programs.
•    Lead system enhancements, releases, testing efforts, and cross-functional initiatives.
•    Design scalable solutions that improve workforce planning, talent development, career growth, performance management, and compensation processes.
•    Partner with HR, Compensation, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into sustainable technology solutions.
•    Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, adoption, and business value.
•    Provide functional leadership and mentorship while serving as a trusted advisor on Workday talent and compensation capabilities.

What We're Looking For
•    7+ years of experience supporting Workday, HRIS, People Technology, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
•    Experience supporting talent management, performance, succession, learning, compensation, Core HCM, or related workforce technology capabilities.
•    Proven ability to lead projects, system enhancements, implementations, and process improvement initiatives.
•    Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and solution design skills.
•    Ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable technology solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
•    Experience with Workday Talent, Performance, Succession, Learning, Compensation, Journeys, or related Workday capabilities.
•    Workday certification(s).
•    Experience supporting enterprise talent management, compensation, and workforce development programs.
