Specright is looking to hire a Lead Developer of Integrations & Data Migration within our Professional Services Team. In this role you will be responsible for leading integration and data migration workstreams for implementation projects of Specification Data Management solutions of customer accounts.

You will collaborate with our customers while providing best practice recommendations, developing work plans, and working directly to complete integration and data migration tasks to ensure successful client implementations. You will work cross-functionally with teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success and Software Engineering.

Specright offers cloud-based software (SaaS) that is disrupting the $1 Trillion packaging and consumer products industries. Roles & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for leading Integration workstreams for client implementations where clients are seeking to integrate the Specright product with their other internal systems (ERP, Genesis, TOPS)

  • Responsible for leading data migration workstreams for client projects that entail sensitive proprietary data around supplier ingredients and formulations

  • Document technical requirements for integrations, APIs, custom development, and data migration

  • Provide technical effort estimates, identify technical risks, and recommend implementation approaches that align with project scope and budget.

  • Provide technical guidance and best practices related to system integrations, data architecture, and migration strategy.

  • Deliver scalable, secure integration and migration solutions that enable successful adoption of Specright.

  • Assist with data imports, quality checks, and verification of client data

  • Experience working, directing and coordinating with a distributed and global implementation team

  • Conduct weekly technical training and/or mentorship for the team

  • Assist with supporting pre-sales activities expansive of participating in sales calls and proposal development, as needed, pertaining to integration and data migration solutions

Basic Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience leading data migration and integration workstreams in a SaaS environment

  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, integration patterns and data migration best practices

  • Knowledge of the SDLC and experience working within hybrid implementation methodology

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry experience in HLS, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, Packaging or Supply Chain preferred

  • Customer oriented and phenomenal at building client and project team relationships

  • Relevant SFDC, integration certifications
