Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Dynamics 365 professional with 10+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365, Customer Engagement (CE), or Business Central, and will have a strong background in solution architecture, business analysis, and technical leadership.

  • Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution scope, and ensure business alignment. 

  • Provide technical and functional leadership to project teams and ensure best practices in Dynamics 365 implementations. 

  • Customize and extend Dynamics 365 using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Azure services, and .NET as needed. 

  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware tools.

  • Mentor junior consultants and developers and provide guidance on Dynamics 365 capabilities and roadmap. 

  • Conduct system performance tuning, data migration, and post-implementation support. 

  • Prepare technical documentation, architecture blueprints, and user training materials.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365

  • Proven track record in end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations, including requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, and deployment.

  • Strong expertise in Power Platform, SSIS, Azure Logic Apps, and data integrations.

  • Experience with customization using C#, JavaScript, and plugins (for CE).

  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 security model, workflows, and reporting (SSRS, Power BI)

  • Familiar with DevOps practices and ALM in the Dynamics 365 environment.​

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-500, MB-600, PL-200) are highly preferred.

    Compensation

    Compensation offered for this role is $76,200.00 - 134,550.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

    The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
