Our client is looking for a Social Media Lead Coordinator to support the backend operations of a fast-paced real estate and personal brand environment. They operate within the luxury real estate and digital marketing space and have built a strong online presence in recent years through high-engagement content, client relationship strategies, and social media-driven lead generation.
This role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, emotionally intelligent, and systems-oriented. The Social Media Lead Coordinator will play a critical role in maintaining a seamless client experience by managing follow-ups, organizing CRM workflows, building automations, supporting appointment setting, and ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently. The right candidate will think ahead, take ownership, and create systems that keep everything moving without constant direction.
- Manage, organize, and maintain leads inside Follow Up Boss (FUB) CRM using tags, smart lists, stages, and action plans.
- Segment leads strategically into categories such as Sellers, Buyers, Expireds, Social Media Leads, and Past Clients.
- Organize leads by timeline buckets including 0–15 days, 16–60 days, 61–90 days, 91–180 days, and 6+ months.
- Audit and clean existing CRM records to ensure accurate lead tracking and no missed follow-ups.
- Build and manage automated follow-up systems across ManyChat, Meta, TikTok, and Follow Up Boss.
- Write and schedule bilingual nurturing emails and follow-up messages with a warm, persuasive, and relationship-focused tone.
- Confirm appointments and proactively follow up with leads to increase appointment attendance and conversions.
- Request and manage Google review follow-ups with past and current clients.
- Manage calendars, scheduling, and appointment coordination for leadership.
- Send daily operational checklists and updates to keep schedules and priorities organized.
- Coordinate home tours and scheduling related to social media content creation.
- Review incoming leads from ManyChat, Meta, TikTok Studio, and Follow Up Boss daily.
- Follow up on overdue tasks, pending leads, and missed communications.
- Create and manage nurture templates, follow-up sequences, and communication workflows.
- Refresh visuals and assets for nurturing campaigns using Canva.
- Organize social media-related video tasks and content coordination.
- Adjust automation systems and create new workflows when needed.
- Re-engage cold and warm leads that have not been contacted recently.
- Follow up with past clients throughout the year to maintain relationships and engagement.
- Support occasional weekend listing preparation tasks and client communication when needed.
- Ensure backend systems and daily operations run efficiently without constant supervision.
Requirements
- Previous experience in CRM management, lead coordination, appointment setting, or backend operations.
- Strong experience using Follow Up Boss (FUB) or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience building automations with ManyChat, Meta, TikTok, or similar systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively identify priorities.
- Experience managing calendars, scheduling, and administrative workflows.
- Strong written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to write persuasive and relationship-driven follow-up messages.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environment.
- Experience using Canva for campaign visuals and content support.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain operational structure.
- Experience supporting real estate, luxury service, social media, or personal branding businesses is highly preferred.
- Previous experience with lead nurturing campaigns and automation systems.
- Strong emotional intelligence and client communication skills.
- Ability to create systems and workflows that improve operational efficiency.
- Self-starter mentality with strong accountability and ownership.
- Comfortable handling recurring operational processes and checklists.
- Experience supporting executives, founders, or leadership teams is a plus.
