Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of skilled IT professionals to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs
- Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge IT architectures and infrastructure to support Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) and other critical mission areas
- Leverage expertise in DoDAF, data science, data analytics, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning/Large Language Model (AI/ML/LLM) automation, and leading-edge tech innovations to drive business outcomes
- Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and team members to identify gaps, develop solutions, and implement effective operations and maintenance (O&M) strategies
- Provide leadership, strategy, and guidance to ensure the highest standards of effectiveness, security, and efficiency in our solutions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in DevSecOps, Agile methodologies, web development, data management, governance, cloud computing, networks, quality assurance, and testing

- Lead the team to meet customer taskings and deliver high-quality results
- Conduct strategic collaboration with customers, stakeholders, and team members
- Provide leadership, strategy, and guidance to the team
- Lead innovation and research efforts to stay ahead of the curve
- Provide regular status updates, reporting, and recommendations to the contract Program Manager (PM)
- Attend meetings with customers to provide status updates and recommendations

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Masters degree in Computer Science or IT, with at least 12 years of relevant experience in the IT field, with a portion in the past two years.
- If no Masters then a relevant Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT, with at least 17 years of relevant experience in the IT field.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- CISSP certification desired.
- Knowledge and experience working with the Intelligence community,, various tradecrafts, to include OSINT..
