Leidos is seeking an experienced Lead Mobility Engineer to join our Defense Enclave Services (DES) team, who will support an extensive digital modernization program critical to Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and Department of Defense (DoD).The Lead Mobility Engineer will lead a team of engineers to design, implement, and deploy tools to manage and maintain mobile devices for unclassified, secret and top secret environments.

Primary Responsibilities:
Provide thought leadership and mentoring to team of Mobility engineers, including frequent collaboration with engineering, operations and agencies to plan and execute end user onboarding
Design and implement mobile device management solutions that meet end user requirements. Create and manage policies for application deployment, device compliance, and security configurations
Continually identify opportunities for improvement, including innovations in the mobile device management domain aimed at improving the user experience, improving efficiencies, automating everything and lowering sustainment costs
Enforce security best practices and guidelines, leveraging knowledge of security policies, network security, and data security
Initiate frequent interactions with the team of Intune engineers to identify areas of improvement and facilitate their career growth, including participation in annual performance reviews
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 12+ years of prior relevant experience. Specific experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance (US Citizenship required)
Expertise in the deployment and management of MDM technologies, specifically Microsoft Intune
Experience managing teams of engineers, including mentoring and fostering communication and collaboration across the team
Experience developing and deploying Infrastructure as Code (IaC), utilizing continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools, and leveraging automation platforms such as Ansible or Azure Functions
Understanding of Federal Government application, server, and network security requirements such as NIST, FedRAMP, and FISMA
Ability to work effectively within a distributed technical team, aided by strong written and verbal communication skills
Current IAT Level II (or higher) Certification such as Security + or CISSP prior to start.

Pay Range:Pay Range $126,100.00 - $227,950.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
