About the Position

We’re looking for a Senior NetSuite Developer to play a key role in evolving and scaling our NetSuite ERP platform as the backbone of our financial and operational systems. This role will partner closely with Finance, RevOps, Salesforce, and Integration teams to build reliable, scalable solutions that support billing, financial operations, and system integrations.
You’ll work on complex technical challenges including subscription billing workflows, system integrations, automation, and performance optimization across our NetSuite environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning critical business systems and driving improvements that directly impact company operations.


This is an in-office position where collaboration with cross-functional teams is central to the role.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and develop scalable customizations using SuiteScript (2.x), SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.
  • Architect solutions that improve billing, invoicing, revenue workflows, and financial operations.
  • Continuously optimize scripts, workflows, and system performance across NetSuite.
    Billing and Financial System Enhancements
  • Develop and maintain complex billing workflows and automation.
  • Partner with Finance to improve processes for subscription billing, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Ensure NetSuite configurations support evolving SaaS and operational requirements.
    Drive Enterprise Integrations
  • Design and maintain integrations between NetSuite and enterprise systems including Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with internal integration teams to ensure reliable and scalable data flows.
  • Support API-based integrations (REST/SOAP) and integration platforms where applicable.
    Improve System Reliability and Operations
  • Diagnose and resolve production issues quickly and effectively.
  • Implement monitoring, testing, and deployment best practices across sandbox and production environments.
  • Reduce technical debt and improve maintainability of NetSuite customizations.
    Collaborate Across Teams
  • Partner with Finance, RevOps, Salesforce, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Contribute to system architecture discussions and platform roadmap planning.
  • Mentor team members and help establish NetSuite development best practices.

Required Experience

  • 6+ years of hands-on NetSuite development experience
  • Deep expertise in SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk
  • Strong experience supporting billing and financial workflows in NetSuite
  • Experience building and maintaining system integrations using APIs
  • Solid understanding of ERP architecture and financial systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in complex enterprise environments
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
    Nice to Have
  • Experience integrating NetSuite and Salesforce    
  • Experience with subscription billing platforms like Zone Billing or advanced billing workflows    
  • Familiarity with middleware or integration platforms 
  • NetSuite certifications
  • Experience in SaaS or high-growth technology companies

Compensation
The base salary range is $135,000-$150,000 per year for full-time employment, exclusive of benefits. This position is also eligible for a bonus of 5% of the base salary. Your base salary will be determined by your individual skills, education, and experience. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical in order to allow for future salary growth.
