The Role

We're looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to deepen relationships with important partners, lead co-marketing efforts, and increase visibility through joint campaigns. You will oversee execution across partner marketing programs, enablement content, and GTM support—working with, through, and for our partner ecosystem. Reporting to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing, you'll partner with Marketing, Alliances, Sales, and Customer Success to lead pipeline, align messaging, and support activation across our solutions. You'll create content and campaigns tailored to each stage of the buyer journey, ensuring partners are equipped to succeed. You have experience in B2B partner marketing, collaboration experience implementing programs that bring measurable impact. You're organized, strategic, and excited to help scale a partner-first growth engine.

Interesting Problems
  • Develop and lead integrated partner marketing programs, ensuring agreement on partner and executive priorities
  • Oversee field event logistics, ensuring materials, shipments, and sponsorship deliverables are fulfilled for booth sponsorships and partner events.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to build and deliver joint go-to-market (GTM) plans with partners.
  • Manage relationships with partners and our teams to ensure agreement on goals, messaging, and co-branded efforts.
  • Develop and execute co-branded marketing campaigns in collaboration with important partners, promoting awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth through activities such as webinars, email marketing, content creation, and events.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to identify new opportunities for partner engagement.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, optimizing strategies and improving Rreturn on investment.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all partner marketing efforts and collateral.
  • Ensure smooth execution of joint marketing programs across different departments.
  • Support contract negotiations and budget management related to partner marketing programs.
About You
  • 15+ years of experience in partner/channel marketing in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of and experience with digital marketing, demand generation, and content marketing within a partner ecosystem.
  • Experience building joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies with external partners.
  • Experience with Salesforce as a CRM tool
  • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign effectiveness, track measurements, and optimize performance.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. (this is key in this role, juggling many projects effectively)
  • Proven experience working with sales, and product marketing to align marketing efforts with our business goals.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills to engage both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage budgets and marketing spend.
  • Experience working in technology, SaaS, or software industries
  • Familiarity with SIs, Databricks, Snowflake
Remote Available

Amperity has offices in Seattle and NYC. We are also currently hiring in CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, MA, MN, NJ, NY, OH, OR, TX, WA. 

Compensation

Base Salary:  $150,000 - $200,000. Within our pay range, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, experience, and education/training. 

Cash Incentives: Cash incentives are also available.

Stock Options:  The opportunity for ownership is an exciting part of Amperity’s total compensation package. Every employee at Amperity receives a new-hire equity grant, commensurate with the scope of their position.
