As a Lead Partner Solutions Consultant (PSC) for Solv’s Mid Market Partnerships, you will play a key role as both an operational and strategic leader with Solv’s PSCs and top Solv partnerships. 

Your focus will be on scaling a repeatable, efficient, and high-impact partner outcomes motions for Solv’s customers — driving retention, expansion, and product adoption through strong operating norms, coaching, and AI working enablement. 

This role partners closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure Solv’s customers are successful today while positioning the business for long-term revenue growth.


What You’ll Be Doing

Partner Ownership

  • Own a select book of business of key partnerships. Externally, building deep, trust-based relationships with key partner stakeholders. Internally, leading the strategy and project plan for account health and growth.
  • Ensure effective communication across stakeholders — internally and externally — to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Drive revenue retention and expansion through consultative selling, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to deliver scalable solutions and ensure customers are adopting Solv’s tools effectively and realizing measurable business value..
  • Lead initiatives to demonstrate value of Solv and customer business impact through building and presenting effective data stories.
Team Leadership, Mentorship & Enablement
  • Serve as a day-to-day lead and player coach for PSCs, supporting partner strategy, prioritization, and execution.
  • Establish and evolve operating norms for the PSCs working with our Mid Market partnerships, including operating models, engagement cadence, success metrics, and internal workflows.
  • Coach and mentor PSCs on partner management, product expertise, value articulation, and revenue ownership.
  • Using AI identify patterns across partnerships to inform scalable playbooks, operating evolutions.
  • Partner with leadership to identify and manage both growth and churn risk opportunities. 

You'll be great for this role if you

  • Have 6+ years of experience in client success, client operations, solutions consulting, or project management — ideally in healthcare technology or SaaS.
  • Have experience leading or mentoring teammates.
  • Are comfortable balancing hands-on account work with team-level leadership and operational thinking.
  • Are highly analytical and skilled at using data to drive decisions and communicate impact.
  • Excel in fast-paced, evolving environments and can create structure where it doesn’t yet exist.
  • Have a deep sense of ownership for both partner outcomes and revenue performance.
