Your Impact:
ISV Partner Technical Architect is a partner-facing enterprise-wide expert with broad technical skills, deep industry knowledge and business insight. The ISV Technical Architect is a domain expert in one or more categories that may include: application architecture, data & information, integration, security, cloud computing, distributed platforms, mobile and analytics. The ISV Technical Architect is expected to have and use proven consultative approaches to engage with partners and define their product journey along with steps to get there.

Responsibilities:

  • Determine which Salesforce and third-party technologies to leverage in Partner’s technical architecture landscape, based upon product knowledge, industry experience, industry standard Enterprise frameworks.

  • Ensure the successful development and deployment of partner solutions by optimizing the scalability of their applications to support customer growth. Additionally, provide guidance to partners on effective packaging and distribution strategies.

  • Lead key discussions about change management from product and technical perspectives.

  • Influence next-generation platform technologies, features, and tools in partnership with internal product R&D teams.

  • Participate in appropriate product/sales training, certifications, educational sessions and industry summits to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position.

  • Share engagement experience with the internal audiences and enrich collective IP. Conduct architecture workshops and other enablement sessions. Mentor and guide junior Technical Architects.

  • Work within a matrix-style organization, collaborating across multiple teams and customers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience as a software developer, technology evangelist, consultant, or product manager for relevant web technologies

  • Strong technical background and application development experience with Salesforce Platform.

  • Strong understanding of Database concepts and Data Modeling

  • Knowledge of commercial software development practices, methodologies, and tools.

  • Understanding of modern DevOps processes and tools.

  • Hands-on experience with modern web technologies and cloud computing.

  • Passionate and knowledgeable about exploring and experimenting with the latest Salesforce.com products.

  • Excellent presentation, demonstration, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Methodical and organized; able to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.

  • Skilled at simplifying complex topics, delivering clear and concise explanations, and offering practical, actionable guidance.

  • Degree or equivalent confirmed experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core proficiencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Experience developing on the Einstein One Platform

  • Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator

  • Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I

  • AppExchange and Salesforce Packaging Experience.

Good to Have Skills/Skill to acquired in the next 3 months:

  • Certified Salesforce Platform Developer II

  • Certified Salesforce JavaScript Developer I

Note: This role is Office-Flexible, with the expectation that you will work in-person at a Salesforce office three days per week.

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $145,200 to $199,700.For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $133,400 to $183,500.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $145,200 to $199,700.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $133,400 to $183,500.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
