Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Lead Procurement Analyst (Level 5) to join our
Supply Chain Functional Excellence team in Everett, Washington.
In this role you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of supply chain professionals
(onboard) while also designing and delivering training programs to support their professional development.
You will play a key role in ensuring that our supply chain operations are efficient, effective, and aligned
with the overall goals of the organization.
Position Responsibilities:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one
of the listed location options.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by
22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or
asylee.

- Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high-risk programs.

- deployment of enterprise-wide projects/programs

- Leads and oversees procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement

- Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals providing guidance, support, and

- chain staff
- Communications with supply chain leaders and business partners
- Negotiate statement of work transitions to support organizational decisions

- 10+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes.
- 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management Analysis or Materials Management Analysis.
- 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 10+ years of proven experience as a trainer or training facilitator in the supply chain industry.
- 10+ years of experience with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- 10+ years of experience with consistent in attention to detail and organizational skill set.
- 10+ years of experience with being proactive in understanding and anticipating stakeholder requirements.
