About the Role

We believe in making wellness more accessible, and design is central to achieving that mission. We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Product Designer to join our US-based team and help lead the next chapter of ClassPass growth.

On our growth squad, this Lead Product Designer will own initiatives that span new customer acquisition, onboarding, and activation. You’ll report directly to the Director of Product Design and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Research. Your work will impact the wellbeing of customers on a global scale and help ClassPass fulfill its mission of “every life fully lived”.

Who You Are

You bring a high bar for craft and have a strong track record of building consumer app experiences. You’re energized by complex user problems and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive into the pixels. You are comfortable driving clarity and focus in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing counterparts to shape strategy and define roadmaps that drive user growth and business impact.
  • Represent ClassPass Design in cross-functional forums and be a visible voice for our customer.
  • Foster a culture of critique, collaboration, and iteration within your team and across the design org.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our design systems, processes, and practices in partnership with the design leadership team.
  • Ensure consistency in design quality and execution across all ClassPass workstreams.
Qualifications
  • 8–10 years of product design experience.
  • A portfolio showcasing high-craft consumer app experiences, from concept to shipped product.
  • Demonstrated success designing and shipping features in high-scale consumer environments.
  • Mastery of Figma and a strong understanding of modern UX and visual design best practices.
  • Clear, compelling communicator who can drive alignment and momentum across disciplines.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks is a plus.
Pay transparency

It is Mindbody’s intent to pay all Team Members competitive wages and salaries that are motivational, fair and equitable. The goal of Mindbody’s compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees, and encourage Team Members to stay with our organization.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.

The base salary range for this position in the United States is $161,000 to $205,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.

Have we piqued your curiosity?

Sound like the role for you? We’d love to hear from you! Even if you’re not 100% sure about potential fit, we still encourage you to apply. We’re looking for the right person, not the perfect series of checkboxes.

Message and data rates may apply. Opt-out or text STOP to cancel at any time. If you are a California resident or reside outside the United States then by submitting your application you confirm that you have read, understood, agree and - where applicable - grant your prior, free, informed and express consent for the processing of your personal information, including sensitive personal information, as described in our California Applicant Privacy Notice or International Applicant Privacy Notice (as applicable).

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
