About the Opportunity

Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing technology company building critical infrastructure that powers high-volume, real-time business operations across multiple systems and platforms.

We are seeking a Lead Founding Product Engineer to lead the company's most important new product initiatives and establish the technical foundations for future product lines.

What You'll Do
  • Lead product engineering strategy for 0→1 initiatives.

  • Work directly with executive, product, engineering, and customer teams.

  • Define architectures and product development frameworks.

  • Lead cross-functional teams through discovery and delivery.

  • Turn customer problems into differentiated products.

  • Establish engineering standards for emerging product teams.

  • Mentor senior product engineers.

  • Influence roadmap, architecture, and product strategy.

What We're Looking For
  • 8+ years of engineering experience.

  • Proven track record of leading 0→1 products.

  • Exceptional product and technical judgment.

  • Strong leadership across engineering and product.

  • Excellent customer and executive communication.

  • Strong ability to operate with ambiguity.

Nice to Have
  • AI/ML products.

  • Scale-up experience.

  • Previous founding or early engineering experience.

  • Experience building new product teams.
