Lead the end-to-end digital lending experience: define roadmap and vision, optimize conversion funnels using data and AI, unify journeys across loan products, enable intelligent cross-sell, build a hybrid omnichannel sales experience, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product outcomes.
Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Lead Product Manager of Digital Experience to own the end-to-end digital journey for all of our loan products.
In this role, you will be the driving force behind our digital applications. You will define the strategic vision and lead the hands-on execution required to build a seamless, modern, and intelligent digital conversion funnel. In addition, you will define and implement the "hybrid sales model" for our lending business - to bridge the gap between pure digital and sales-assisted consumer experiences, using AI to combine the best of both.
Achieve embraces a product-led growth approach to our business, and we are looking for a senior product leader to create and execute on the vision for the future of digital lending experiences.
