Fueled is a leading digital strategy, design, and engineering agency. We are a 300+ person team that has designed and built hundreds of digital products and experiences for brands like Google, Apple, The New York Times, ESPN, Victoria’s Secret, MGM Resorts, Albertsons, and CLEAR.

As a Lead Product Manager, you’ll thrive by embracing ambiguity and turning it into opportunity. You’ll use each new problem as a chance to build something meaningful, collaborate with a cross-functional team, and prioritize action that moves projects forward. By creating thoughtful solutions, supporting great work across the team, and staying curious, you’ll make an impact that’s felt by users, clients, and your peers.

Intentionally remote and globally distributed across six continents, our team thrives in a culture that values flexibility, creativity, and cutting-edge technology. Together, we’re shaping the future of digital experiences.

What you will do:
  • Lead strategic product decisions across complex engagements, aligning stakeholders and delivery teams around clear product direction.
  • Translate business goals and user insights into roadmaps, priorities, and opportunities that guide cross-functional execution.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and strategy partners to deliver thoughtful, user-centered solutions.
  • Bring clarity through documentation, product artifacts, and strong communication that moves projects forward.
  • Your work will directly influence high-impact digital experiences seen and used by millions.
What you will achieve:
  • Collaborate with clients to uncover user needs, define product opportunities, and validate direction.
  • Create alignment across teams with frameworks, tools, and facilitation that supports momentum and decision-making.
  • Contribute to the successful launch of digital products that are strategically aligned and thoughtfully executed.
  • Advance product thinking across the organization by modeling strong discovery practices and adaptable methodologies.
  • Lead engagements that deliver measurable business and user impact.
About you:
  • You bring 5+ years of experience in digital product management, including at least 2 years in a client-facing or agency setting. You’re comfortable operating in fast-paced, remote teams spread across time zones.
  • You have a solid track record of shipping mobile apps and/or responsive web platforms, and you’re confident leading strategic conversations with senior stakeholders, balancing scope, value, and feasibility.
  • You're experienced across the full product lifecycle, from navigating ambiguous discovery phases to managing detailed QA, and well-versed in lean/agile methodologies through sprint-based delivery with cross-functional teams.
  • You are technically fluent, you collaborate effectively with engineers, understand common constraints and architectures, and are adept in tools like Figma, FigJam, Notion, and Linear.
  • You’re curious about emerging tools, especially AI, and how they can improve the way we work and what we build.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
