Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $133,800.00 - $223,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Job Summary:
Discovers, develops, and evaluates new product ideas, enhancements to existing products, and strategic product extensions, translating insights into scalable, market-ready solutions for xtime. Compiles and evaluates market requirements, ensuring alignment between product capabilities and customer needs.
This role leads large, complex, and strategically important product areas, working closely with OEMs, dealers, and internal stakeholders to deliver capabilities that meet evolving requirements while ensuring existing products continue to perform, scale, and deliver value. The role embeds AI into the full product development lifecycle—accelerating discovery, prototyping, validation, and delivery—while ensuring products are measurable, usable, and delivering expected outcomes through reporting and analytics.
PRIMARY DUTIES/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for developing, managing and optimizing one or more products.
- Identifies, quantifies and effectively communicates customer market opportunities.
- Creates and maintains product vision and roadmap, creates business plans to secure funding, and, develops go-to-market strategies and value proposition.
- Ensures feature alignment across products; manages feature creation and identifies business rules / impact.
- Engages with Solution Delivery Managers to ensure delivery team is aligned with features and feature acceptance criteria.
- Define and implement product solutions, contributing to product strategy, and managing the product backlog.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and manage expectations throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborates with other Product Managers to ensure alignment across products; participates in planning and pre/post-planning events (Demos and Inspect / Adapt).
- Collaborates with Solution Delivery Managers, UX Designers and others to prototype, test and validate solutions.
- Supports testing and partners with revenue and business stakeholders to develop pricing strategies and assess impact on Return on Investment (ROI).
- Works with Solutions Delivery, Product Management and Marketing teams to communicate new products, and develop go-to-market strategy, plans, and training materials.
- Makes end-of-life recommendations for non-performant products.
Required Experience & Specialized Knowledge and skills
- Bachelor’s degree and 6 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 4 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 18 years’ experience in a related fieldSkilled in managing multiple priorities, requirements analysis, system and technology integration and technology savvy.
