  • Model best practices for customer communication, cross-motion referrals, and CRM discipline

Renewal Ownership

  • Own the full renewal cycle for an assigned book of accounts, which may include larger or more complex districts, from outreach through close, ensuring timely receipt of purchase orders
  • Build exceptional, trusted relationships with existing customers to secure multi-year commitments purchased
  • Prepare customer-specific renewal pricing quotes and negotiate terms directly with school and district decision makers
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the SaaS/New Curriculum portfolio and manage relationship transfers to the appropriate Account Executives
  • Identify Professional Learning opportunities surfaced during the renewal process and hand them off to the appropriate counterpart through the established cross-motion referral process
  • Review contracts, verify user counts, and ensure compliance with licensing agreements
  • Use Salesforce CRM to track the renewal pipeline, update forecasts, and maintain account accuracy
  • Collaborate with aligned Sales, Sales Operations, and Customer Success team members on territory strategies, renewal processes, and handoffs
  • Analyze usage, adoption, and account trends to support renewals
  • When needed, conduct customer-facing demonstrations of Lexia's SaaS/New Curriculum programs to reinforce impact and value

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging decision makers and able to tailor messaging to different stakeholders
  • Proven customer service acumen and experience delivering product presentations to groups and individuals
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive in solving problems and improving workflows
  • Professional and proficient use of Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • Passion for education and commitment to improving literacy outcomes
